It is incredibly amazing how things tend to go wrong when you least expect them to.
A professor once said that Murphy's Laws work overtime in the advertising industry. I have seen these laws in action on numerous occasions in daily life. Especially when i wait for a fast train and 3 slow trains pass by another platform only to realize later that the fast train is running late!
Or cigarette smoke which finds you no matter which way the wind is blowing.
Things have a knack of going missing when you most need them. Like the keys when you wish to lock the door.
There are so many variables. And we can't control all of them, can we?
Murphy's Laws, in a way, teach us to embrace uncertainty (to a certain extent, if you will).
And what's life without a bit of uncertainty? :)
