As another year went by
I couldn’t help but think why
2009 just whiffed past
365 days did it even last?
And after the annual review
Observations I had a few
Last year:
We googled more & thought less
So had more data & less information
Hence more intelligence & less intellect
We had more of Facebook & less of face-to-face
Online most of the time, but not inline with our own selves
Most of us were learning to earn while a few were yearning to learn
We knew exactly what was good for them; we knew not what was good for us.
So in the New Year my friend
I wish we reverse this trend
And go ahead with steely resolve
With the hope that we’ll certainly evolve!

Hopefully it does.... totally agreed...but utna hi nahi ta...der wer a lot of gud things tht hap...
A lot of good things happened too, esp towards the end of the year.
It was just that i was looking back at what could have been better. And new year is the best time to make resolutions :)
